Our server supplier suffered a serious fire overnight from Tuesday to Wednesday. We had to set up a backup server to resume service.
We are in the process of recovering lost messages, especially those between 1h53 and 6:22 am on March 10, 2021, from 6 am we have activated a degraded mode which allows to limit the loss of messages during the shutdown of the main server.
Update of March 12, 2021:
– The service is restored, the mechanism of the purchase confirmation email and the end of subscription alert remains to be repaired.
– OVH has planned a restart of SBG1 on Monday, we will know at this time if our server has been impacted or not.
